Suite à un article alarmiste du révérend père DUFONTENY dans le bulletin trimestriel no 2 de la "Ligue pour la protection et lévangélisation des noirs", le procureur général VOISIN fut chargé le 20 décembre 1924 dune enquête la plus exhaustive possible concernant le mouvement Kimbanguiste.
Et ceci dans le but de cerner les risques réels ou supposés que ce mouvement pouvait faire courir aux intérêts coloniaux.Cest une copie de lentièreté de ce document qui est offerte dans cette publication.
Cette copie était référencée comme "Annexe 5" dans le dossier secret sur le Kimbanguisme.
Bien que ce "rapport VOISIN" soit mentionné ici ou là dans des documents disponibles sur internet, lauteur a été incapable den trouver une copie sur ce média.
